Juneteenth / FatherFest
Urban Light is partnering with Gammon house to present the 2021 JUNETEENTH/FATHERFEST on June 19th at 620 Piqua Place Springfield, Ohio. The event includes a 5K Run/ Walk for freedom starting at 8:00 AM. Other activities includes resource tables, quilt exhibits, food trucks, free bike helmets, free COVID vaccinations (register to win prizes), and music. Virtual Fundraiser with Special Appearance by John Legend

Father Love Dads Discussion Group
Urban Light is announcing that registration is now open for our first post-lockdown Dad’s Discussion Group series.

Golf
Finally, this note about golf. Care-It’s for Kids is now a program of Urban Light Ministries! This youth serving nonprofit entity has been the beneficiary of the proceeds from the annual Jeff Wyler Charity Invitational. This year’s 20th annual scramble will be held at Springfield Country Club on August 23, 2021. Look for more information in the coming days.
